Shipping Policy!
NOTE: ORDERS ARE SHIPPED EVERY TUESDAY & FRIDAY OF EACH WEEK
WITH THE EXCEPTION OF HOLIDAYS & STOCK SHIPMENT BACK ORDERS.

Shipping - Most of our products are in stock at all times, however due to unexpectedly high order demands some products may be sold out of stock before changes to our website (www.djpatio.com) can take place. If a product that, "you the customer" ordered is out of stock at the time your order is placed we, "D & J Patio Furniture & Repair" will ship the product the next Tuesday or Friday after we, "D & J Patio Furniture & Repair" receive our stock shipment of the product, or the product will be shipped directly from our wholesale supplier. D & J Patio Furniture & Repair And Our Suppliers Ship GROUND ONLY!(Via USPS - United States Postal Service), No air, No over night, No next day, or any other methods.
!THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY!


Order Cancellation & Change Policy!
NOTE: ORDERS MUST BE CANCELED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BEING PLACED
OR THEY WILL FALL UNDER RETURN & EXCHANGE.

Canceling An Order - Orders that are canceled after 24 hours of being placed are considered shipped orders. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. Any orders that are canceled after being shipped fall under our Return and Exchange policy. When canceling an order, D & J Patio Furniture & Repair must be contacted directly via telephone or e-mail.
Changing An Order - Anyone needing to change an order must do so as soon as possible. Orders cannot be changed after they have been shipped. After orders have been shipped they fall under our Return and Exchange policy. When changing an order, D & J Patio Furniture & Repair must be contacted directly via telephone or e-mail.


Return & Exchange Policy!
NOTE: ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE INSPECTED
UPON RECEIPT.

Returns - All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product. Unless otherwise specified, all items being returned must be 100% complete. All Products being returned must be sent back to D & J Patio Furniture & Repair in original packaging. D & J Patio Furniture & Repair is not responsible for items being returned that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Postage and handling for items being returned to D & J Patio Furniture & Repair must be paid by you, the customer. We strongly recommend that you FULLY INSURE THE PACKAGE you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you USE A "TRACEABLE CARRIER" that can provide you with "PROOF OF DELIVERY". UPON ACCEPTED RECEIPT of returned items D & J Patio Furniture & Repair WILL ISSUE A CREDIT, less the original SHIPPING & HANDLING.
